When you're in a meeting, if you spend the entire meeting talking, you will not be able to be the person that is actually taking a step back from the conversation. The second confounder is silent. I think it's hard to t do the so sotaton, but being comfortable with not saying a word a good way to have this other cern on. A lot of people get stuck in the whirlwind and don't realize what they are missing when they aren't paying attention. When you stop talking, people listen to you more.
