The Rise of China in the Western Hemisphere

Africa is more important to policymakers on a geopolitical level now than in the Middle East. The United States still wants to be the dominant regional power in the Western Hemisphere. I think we would very likely see a replay of some of the conflicts we saw in the 60s and 70s and 80s between the U.S. and Latin America.
