How Do You See Your Career as the Company Continues to Grow?

I think good leaders are like parents, right? Good parents show and lead by example. And i believe the same about employees. As far as the company's future is concerned, we have an infinite amount of al available to us at this point. I don't know that anybody else will ever care about inclusivity and dispatch as much as i will.
