The Hangover of the Berlusconi Era in Italy

Berlusconi's lack of interest in governing and incompetence meant that Italy was the slowest growing country in Europe for about 30 years. A right wing government headed by Georgia Miloni together with Berlusconi's party and another conservative party is now in place. But I think it's a little bit too early to tell, but the problems are deep and are not going to be sort of solved by rhetorical positions.
