The Role of Dantraline in the Prevention of MH Crisis
MH is a hypermetabolic state. It's sort of unclear exactly why this develops. Most cases are autosomal dominant with variable penetrance. We know that the best thing to do is to avoid an MH crisis and if one does occur dantraline and supportive care are the standards.
