In terms of revenue, I'm going to gain from leasing out the other space. So LA office will gain 300,000, right? Times $30 per square feet, times occupancy rate of 82%. So that would be 7.3 for LA office. Now the New York office as well will pay 200,000. Yeah, 200,000 times $40. That would be $8 million plus service chart of 1.5. And then if the service charges 500,000, okay, 500,000 for 10 years, so I mean service charges will be 50k. So that would been $16,000,000 and $50,000.
