The Pollen Insects Are Not Mochers in the Flower System

If you have large visitors to your flower, you set more seed than if you have small visitors. Small visitors are sort of mochers. They're coming into the system and they're taking pollen and nectar that's residual after the large insects have opened the flowers. All these insects are voracious pollen eaters too, but they don't clean, they don't eat the pollen off their bodies between every org is it. So some of that pollen gets transported to the next flower. O, so in essence, this really was spurred on, or at least selected for, by the fact that what's visiting wants to eat that pollen.
