How Important Is Breakfast?

There's been some research indicating that you can kind of get a placibo effect from what appears to be a nutritious breakfast, in terms of subsequent exercise performance. I think without question, we probably don't want to be hungry. You probly do not want to be training in a state where you're fasted and really hungry. A, number two, i think you should definitely eat what helps you feel prepared. But like eating something that makes sense to you, curbs your hunger and doesn't cause any g i distress during the workout.
