How to Choose the Right College for Your Student

Some kids want to get far away from home as they can or have certain medical needs that mean they need to stay within a certain climate. Some of those schools may be in geographic regions that your student wouldn't first think of when you ask them where they want to go college. So I encourage you to have a little flexibility about the location. And it will open some avenues of communication that maybe are not there right now or could be better.
