What's Your Biggest Self Criticism About Your Management Style?

i think the most important thing you can do for any employee is them feel like you value them. And so i, i didn't want to be liked. I felt it was always my job as a professional to be very self critical and be self aware in being to feedback. But i didn't need that outside kind of validation of it. It's one of the things that i certainly became, i came to appreciate that, a, you don't run a big company by yourself. You know, many cos are treated like they're the smartest person in the y. So it's stupid and stingy on my part to have not done that.
