Do You Have a Development Team?

Make sure that you're not doing this all by yourself, right? Especially if you're doing non traditional investments. Now i have to be constantly evaluating my team. And then the third one is probably the hardest, and that is what happens when i have a team member that is no longer the right fit for me. I don't turn, you know, i'll say, you're in charge of this. At the same time, i'm watching, right? I'm always watching. That doesn't mean that that was the right thing to do. And i won't do that again.
