The War in Maltiethni Communities
Even before the war started, in some maltiethni communities, there were these instances of both attempts to negotiate and build bridges. In other regions where moderates were not excludedermoderate were excluded, we see more escalation. We see that the the power of those who wanted to establisha communication was weakened byty by violence. Those who wanted toto impose a more anew the new division between the population, started to gain more prominence through the use of fear and threat and so on.
