How to Build Resilience in Situations
I think the reality is that everyone's unique, everyone's unique in terms of what that looks like. So for example, I can share with you, there's some situations I'm extremely resilient in. And then there's other places, Michael, where my resiliency literally is like, hide, right? Avoid, you know, don't don't do that. So just recognizing that it depends. The lived experience is messy. And it's supposed to be messy. That's part of really what makes our uniqueness is how we show up in that messiness.
