The Effects of Exercise on Glucagon Levels

Glucagon and insulin together are the key controllers of paddock glucose production. The liver almost seems to work like a low pass filter for certain hormones amino acids glycerol. I think beyond that point you start seeing an increase in glucose, and it becomes more of a cannon type stress. Walter be cannon won the Nobel Prize and 1936 I believe for describing a stress response.
