How to Delegate to Others

I did everything possible locally and it's extremely rare someone talented that comes around St. Petersburg doesn't get referred to meet with me within the first like few meetings they take with people. I think everyone can ever undervalue networking in that sense. It's not like going to things and handing your business card out please. Just getting to know everyone all the processes so that when it's time for you to want to go do something you can put a Facebook post out for example say, I'm a building a project who wants to work on it. All of those people get on board because of inspiration and your ability to inspire them. That's the best way to inspire everybody.
