How to Transition to a Dedicated Office

I'm recording in the kids playroom slash Rob's office slash Jim. There is an office in North Carolina, but I only go down about once a month because it's an hour away. It's like an addition on the back of the house. Is it a third story? Yeah, we had an unfinished third floor, and that'll be the office.
