If you have seven or more people on your executive team who are digitally savvy, your chance of ending up in the high performing segment are really high. And if you've got one or two people who are digitallysavvy in that group, your chance is less than 20%. The thing it most clearly correlates with is actually the tech savviness of your leadership. It's hard to be a digital leader. If you don't actually rewire the house, then you're not gonna get the value from it.
