In march of 20 19, aaron hernandez's murder conviction was reinstated after the supreme judicial court found that the legal rule which had erased his conviction was q out dated and no longer sonent with the circumstances of contemporary life. Odin, lloyd's mother settled a wrongful death lawsuit with the hernanda's estate in september 20 seventeenth. Aaron's estate also settled wrongful death suits in the deaths of daniel deabreo and safiro fertado in 20 19,. which i think is somewhat of an admittance of guilt at that point.
