Using Quadratic Voting

Quadratic voting and quadrillic funding are ways of deciding where to spend money, rather than which decisions should get made. The cost of an additional unit of influence over a decision should scale with how many units of influence you've already bought. In this world, people would just dump all their credits only on the issues that matter most to them and nowhere else. And then decisions will end at being dominated or determined by whoever is most fanatical about them.
