This whole experience has it, has it changed your approach to running a restaurant, to cooking? Ye, in two ways. One er w one thing that i decided sort of before we reopened, was that i had to start running this as a real business. And so we really do sort of approach at much more number is based. So our food cost use o be about 25 %, and now it's 14%. Even though we've increased, creased wages, and we offer so much more than we did. All other shets taking notice.
