I always feel that good health and you know this because we've worked together and spent time together in sort of somewhat working environments. You don't want it to be an exclusive proposition for people. If someone is just getting into the gym and they're new, then I think once a year is even a good goal for them. Red blood cells have a turnover rate of 120 days. So every four months your lab work is very relevant and new to us.
