Andi: I'm really in awe of face book. They have created a performance culture that's kind now people like working there, even though they're held to a very high standard. And if you keep a bunch of bees around, the egs are going to leave because they don't want to work with bees. So i think a performance culture is a better one. It is a better one to keep great talent....
