In the short term as stocks search for a bottom, I do think it's unlikely that small caps will start going off while everything else is still going down. Right now we're looking at 3585 and close on Friday for the S&P 500. Your target for your end is 4200. If you really kind of wait around and try to pick the bottom in the market, you're going to miss the turn.
