Sales reps are treated as disposable resources, like there is an infinite amount of them out there. If one isn't working, we'll just get rid of that one and we'll bring the next one on. We're running out of sales resources in the tex pace. And so we want to think about, do we keep them and not have this attitude of just moving them on if they're not successful?
