The Most Egregious Thing That J.D. Greer Did as SBC President
J.D. Greer was president of the Southern Baptist Convention from 2013 to 2015. He is accused of trying to pass five resolutions in 45 minutes at a 2019 SBC convention. One resolution involved critical race theory and intersectionality, which he said were "incompatible with Christianity" The chairman of the committee on resolutions rejected an amendment that would have allowed them to use CRT as analytical tools.
