The Parado Distribution of Engineers
There's this sort of idea of this o parado distribution when it comes to engineering talent. The way that that's commonly interpreted is you're looking for the individual performer who can be ten ects better than any one else. And that's actually not what you want, because that person is probably a phenomenal jerk and not easy to work with. What you want is someone who can come in and make the team work at a ten x level. If you want to make a team ten times more effective, or it's soy, all you do is bring in a man r who can make each people into a habitual in their own right.
