I like athletes feeling the reciprocity of it. I think about that a lot with how people get up off the ground. The connective tissue that you're working with or they're biased in general is usually a little bit more rigid and, you know, IR output based. They're springy people. But if you look at like the typical basketball athlete, a lot of them are very output driven. They're not very input driven. So this really should be rather brief, but really, really necessary part of the gate cycle to get them to lift off the floor.
