Speaking While You're in a State of Presence
When I first started doing that on a regular basis, it was really hard for me. One of the rules of fourth way teachings is you're not allowed to speak unless that's happening for you. So like I learned to meditate in a way that forced me to actually speak while I meditated. And then there was the other centers, all the work that I teach and the work thatI've been studying my whole life incorporates, you know, sitting in contemplative meditation that involves communication.
