Inclusion is important because it's not just about harrying from different places, and that's actually diversity. Honesty means you're not hiding things because you're afraid people may use te things against you. I think being doers instead of just raising a problem is important. We already have three times zones in the team for a small team which means to be good at communicating right away. And i think inclusion can still be implemented even with a bigger, bigger company. It cannot be done until a certain point. Obviously, it has a limit. But i mean, just, it's actually an aspect of the fact that we are clearly transparent enough across all our companies.
