The Role of Voice in Verb Arguments

Voice is just the term we use to describe how the verb relates to its arguments. So I run versus I see the dog. And you can use the active voice to describe that relationship for the sentences that I gave. Then the different voices that we have passive, anti-passive inverse, all of that fun, middles are ways to change the relationship between the verb arguments.
