Is There a Path to 4% Unemployment?

A lot of people were calling for five, maybe 6% unemployment on a recessionary environment here. And I wonder, maybe you have to give second thought to the fact that maybe there's a path to 4% unemployment. That makes sense because pre pandemic, the 40 year low was 3.5%. So what would define a soft landing? Is that unemployment at 4% or something like that?
