Why Women Shouldn't Have Abortion Rights
Women didn't have basic rights, including the right to vote, on these very laws. These were not rights that existed historically under the american constitution and under the traditional understanding of liberty at the founding. So what did we do? We amended the constitution. And so the stion then is, where do, where do rights come from?
