I think especially in our Market that's especially in our Market. The US companies need it works best if they already see that you already kicked the tires and you already have some base velocity Especially in these Acquisitions. I mean this is part of the reason why the companies grow through m&a right wage, they do have it and then they can come in and scale it throughout the business. And there we have alignment of purpose off so alignment of strategy and alignment of purpose because if we can change by order of magnitude significant efficiencies will be order of magnitude better.
