The Importance of Errors in Language Learning
As someone who is bilingual, not exactly by choice, I would absolutely say that a foreign language is much easier to learn when you're a child. Errors are an absolutely natural part of learning languages and I think if you get too hung up on not making errors, you're not going to be able to proceed properly. Especially when you're speaking in a language rather than writing in a language. While the learning definitely isn't going as quickly, the motivation is far better.
