Is There a Rhetorical Aspect to This Video?
There is a rhetorical, sort of persuasive aspect to this video. If you just read the transcript and you read what ever he says written outou, it's a completely different experience when you're watching it. Ironically, newton himself did not view his equations as negating the need for god to him. The nature of gravity, which he described as action at a distance, was evidence that god still had a hand in the universe.
