How to Integrate the CAF-Y Program With the University's Recruitment Process
The CAF ACE program is an online system where academic institutions across Canada can describe each of their courses. It will set up essentially an automatic Pilar capability so that when you show up at a recruiting centre with a degree or a college diploma, they can automatically access the system and determine what CAF equivalencies you will get right off the bat. They want to have as number graduates as possible get a job on graduation because it looks good for their recruiting efforts.
