You Have Two Responsibilities as a Leader of Your Business
As a business owner, it's not about you any more, ok? It's actually about the customers. You owe it to the custon they're paying you money for a product or service at a certain standard. If somebody on your team does something incorrectly or not up to standard, don't wait in the moment. You have to correct them. See it as a teaching moment. That's just what a business is. And we have to face that reality. We have to face the reality we hve responsibilitys towards our team, but we also have responsibilities towards our customers. Without serving our customers and supplying them with the product and service that they're paying for and what they want
