Game Preservation Is Our Thing

There will never be a collection of these games for the 3DS. And there probably won't be another 3D handheld console anytime soon. The ESA was actually lobbying against a DMCA exception for getting games into libraries. It tells me that video games are seen as a fundamentally commercial interest rather than an artistic venture.
