What Are Stereotypes and Interpersonal Racism?

A stereotype is like all people of x group do this, believe this, feel this way or whatever. A positive one could be Asians are going to have math. Even a positive stereotype can have some kind of negative emotional effects on them and maybe some ripple effects in their life that causes some harm to them. These are very dangerous divisions because they keep people from the solidarity that they need. And so that's what we need to have together in solidarity.
