Is that a typical path to success, is kind of entreployees, employees who are ontribenurial? Well, this is kind of a big problem. You know, as as organizations get big, they will have kind of lesk risk appetite, and try to suppress these kind of people you're talking about. And so I think it's really important for organizations to allow space for that and to nurture that and actually reward it.
