How to Build a Successful Acquisition Team

I would love to get into a what does your team look like, how you built it and just your thoughts on acquisition in general for off market properties. In my eyes, having that smaller tight knit sales team has allowed us to excel in this particular space. We've always varied from two to three sales guys. And then with that, we have a supporting lead manager, our lead manager is phenomenal. She takes all the inbound calls. Typically they average anywhere from 50 to 70 calls a day. The real bound is what they do typically. Some days or less, some days or more depends on the day or if there's a long weekend,. whatever that may look like.
