Meditation Practices That Take a Lot of the Things We're Discussing Today
Lehman: It's interesting with ecologies of practice, because one way to go at it is to collect a lot of practices and see what the basic classes of practicing are that should be in play. And then another way is to look for and or create practices that take a lot of the things we're discussing into account. Lehman: I think you're proposing a significant updating reformulation of shadow work. The original intent of shadow work was much more properly dealing with often a procedural or perspectival or participatory level aspects of ourself That need to come into development alignment with the rest of us that we're not properly open to.
