It depends too of like making an inventory before you sit down on your desk. Like, did you sleep? Okay. Last night, have you eaten today? Have you had anything to drink? Do you need to go outside? The stage has to be set for me to have like an optimal work day. It's hard to remember that even if it's just going for a walk,. Even if it's hour or two or whatever, I think we have to feel like we're always trying to keep up with everyone else and showing any kind of weakness"
