The State Delimitation Is Permissible
Ino camnatica continues to have 220 odd seats in the legislature and 28 seats in parliament. But those 228 odd seats ar tent 34, tenty five, whenr their number is are not the same boundaries as they were previously. So what you have is a situation in which the migratory factors were accommodated in the limitation but even that is now based on the two thousand one senses that migration is continuing. And this is why i argued for delimitation. Once youave accepted the principle, then i ide a state dhelimitation is permissible. There's no reason not to do it after every census.
