The Best Thing About Sabbath
There are seasons for me when, frankly's sabbath is not that pleasant. It's ecause my life is not in a good spot and that's when some of the deep soul work is getting done. When you're alone, or you're just resting, even if you're with friends, like this, stuff come to the surfae of your heart, and you have to deal with it. But if you don't ever do that, and you're just constantly trying to use cultural narcotics, you know, to escape and numb the pain and distract and move onan s only a matter of time until you crash.
