Crimea and Moldova - Part Three

In the first part of chapter three, I explore kind of chromias history and relation to Russia and Ukraine. Kind of exploring the territorial political contest stations over time. And then I look at very similar questions that were around what Moldova was as a nation in the early 90s. In 1994, there was a kind of potential unification or reunification with Romania but that kind of dissipated. It's interesting when we look from the bottom up as I do in the later chapters. We might expect Russia to be doing different things in Crimea than it actually was doing.
