Havana syndrome is the name given to a mysterious set of symptoms experienced by US spies and diplomats. A recent report from US intelligence agencies concluded that it's very unlikely these cases are the result of a deliberate attack from some kind of foreign adversary. Many victims say they haven't gotten a satisfying explanation for what happened to them, which is why two reporters have teamed up to try to find accountability.
