Aseem Malhotra: I think there is a sea change, and it's accelerated in the last year or so when you talk to people in industry and and government privately. The world has had a heavy dose of energy reality the last six months, and they've started to realizes that reliable and affordable is much more important than clean. And i think that is getting people to wook harder, to understand the problem better than they have, and then we might rationality come out.
