Dependency Theory and the World System Theorist
In the book, you talk about how dependency theory sort of goes global. But as you explain, like the world systems theory couldn't have come about without this background of dependency theory coming from the latin american experience. So do you think that that that should change, or should we look at, say, wallerstein's world system theory? You know, there always with tracing sort of genealogies of ideas, and you know, who comes first is a constant battle in ar our histories and and their histories.
