India and Pakistan in the History of Disarmament

I think India is still brought up in conversations on South Asia's nuclearization. It's still considered to be quite a hot topic. But relative to Israel, which is also a non-signatory to the NPT, which also covertly nuclearized, it should not,. that land itself, a nuclear power. The mention of Israel is far, far more sparse than what India has stated.
